I don't know many but have you check Otome Jikan? They provide resources about news and reviews on otome games and drama cds. You ought to check OJ ;)

Otome Jikan- Otome game & drama cd news site, both English & Japanese. Not updated frequently, but really good articles, reviews, and editorials! My favorite article that I still refer to every now and then is this one.

Otome Hearts- A forum about otome games, English & Japanese.

Kokoro Cafe- Another forum that I like to use for guides & walkthroughs. Many other discussions are included, just like the OH forum.

/r/Otomegames- A subreddit for otome games.

Visual Novel Database [VNDB]- A database of otome games, user-created, so it’s not a data base of all otome games. The link listed brings you to only otome games, but the site itself includes general visual novels.

Lady Gamer- Japanese otome wiki, full of guides to many games.

Neoromance- Japanese otome games news site & guides.

Otome Girly- Another Japanese gaming guide site.

Free Otome Games Masterpost- I couldn’t go & forget about my own masterpost, now can I? Includes both Japanese & English games, but now the English portion will be updated more regularly, mostly because it’s a bit much to keep track of the Japanese ones as well.
