There's no PC version. Just PSP~
But you can download a PSP emulator so you could play it in the PC.

Post isn't closed, so... then I want to say there a modified PC version from original PSP version. The game isn't complete(missing 2 routes) but u can download it and play ---> https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?...49.1073741831.1385157975038115&type=1&theater
Note: this pc version game is in spanish(no english support) that's I found
