Opinions on spoilers

I honestly don't mind spoilers at all. :ROFLMAO:
I'll probably forget them halfway through the game anyway. Even when I do remember them, I usually end up wondering how the story gets there, so it doesn't really ruin the experience for me.

I don't mind mild spoilers (i always love this and ask for lil spoiler) but if they spoil the whole thing, i'll just try to forget about it lol.

I don't actually mind spoilers; when I read reviews, they can help me figure out beforehand whether the story's progression or its premise is a good fit for me.
When I want a work(like games), I buy it and enjoy it right away, so I never run into any spoilers.

I hate major story spoilers, but minor or vague spoilers that make me interested are okay or even good even if I might be a little annoyed when first seeing them. I don't read reviews and try to go in blind, but if I see someone else say that X character from X game is a yandere, I'll probably start it sooner than I would've.

I actively search for spoilers beforehand so I don't go into a game completely blind. When I play without knowing anything, I spend too much energy just keeping up with the characters and their emotions, which makes me lose track of the plot. I prefer knowing the context upfront. And honestly, when I reach a scene in-game that I was spoiled about, I get a huge kick out of seeing how it all connects.

I don't mind spoilers very much.
Sometimes, they can even help me avoid plot developments or settings that I wouldn't enjoy.
If I hear everything that happens along the way as well, I might lose interest, but usually, even if I know how a story ends, I can still enjoy the journey of how things unfold.

I'm not really a fan of spoilers, but honestly, so many games I've played were only because I got spoiled first. It's such a dilemma.

I usually do some research before buying a game, so I sometimes come across spoilers along the way, but I don't really mind them. I also like to gather information to avoid things I might not enjoy.

That said, there are some games that people say they wish they could erase their memories of just so they could experience them again for the first time. I'd love it if games like that could be compiled into a list!

I really prefer starting a story without knowing anything about it. For me, half the fun of playing VNs and otome games is being surprised, seeing the plot twists, and feeling all the different emotions.
If I already know how the story ends or what big things happen, it ruins the surprise for me. The most I'll do is check to see if there's anything in the game that will really upset me, or just look up the best order to play the routes. But I totally get why other people want to know the main ideas first so they don't waste their time!

For me, spoiler is okay as long as it's not really deep. If it's too detailed, it will take some fun while playing the game.

I dont mind mild spoilers and honestly speaking mild spoilers is what makes me pick up a game 9 out of 10 times. With so many games coming out a lot of gems get buried until I get a little nudge to unearth them.

I'm not against it, there have been times where I found myself looking into spoilers to make sure that I don't drop the title. For example, I have used it a lot on depressing otomes.. I wanted to make sure the side characters I love gets a happy ending. Additionally if you want to find out whether there is a secret LI, you ought to rely on spoilers for that.

It depends on the spoiler. if it's a spoiler that basically ruins the game/ mystery i would hate it. but if it's a fun spoiler then it's something I could look forward to instead^^

Like I can accept small crumbs or like tiny spoilers only.. But if it's about a major twist or the essence of the story- it's a no no ฅ^·ﻌ·^ฅ

Tbh I don't really care unless it's like a major plot twist/big reveal.
I don't mind seeing CGs or in-game dialogue or anything. Even when I do see actual big story spoilers I'm pretty good at getting myself to forget what I saw lol.

If something catches my attention enough, I'll play it with or without spoilers. I prefer to go in blind without knowing absolutely anything, but if I end up seeing something, that won't be enough to make me back out. For me, what matters is the context and the story.

Sometimes, I look for recommendations with certain things in mind or I see spoilers on social media about games I haven't played and that's exactly what makes me want to play them, so I can understand the context of what people are saying.
