I don't really mind them unless the plot is a mystery, I will still play it. I don't really like surprises unless I am mentally prepared for them, so I do find something comforting on knowing what I am getting into.
I don't mind them sometimes spoiler is what makes me interested trying the game, what i hate the most is being spoiled when i playing the current title game. The worst thing that i think unfortunate for otome game nowadays is given their CG number reducing to under 20 per LI yet the CG promo is utmost spoils 4 CG or so i do think sometimes that it's disappointing for those who didn't want to get spoiled at all, but oh well for me i don't really mind it.
I hate spoilers—specifically when a series, game, movie, or whatever has just come out, and people watch it and immediately start plastering screenshots everywhere and describing it in vivid detail. But I don't mind spoilers for things that came out ages ago.
Depends on whether we are talking about minor spoilers or major ones. Minor spoilers tend to make me more interested in a game, but major ones tend to turn me off.
idm spoilers because im probs gonna forget them anyway (goldfish brain perk). UNLESS its for a piece of media im REALLY into and its something i genuinely want to know but purposely put on the back burner for the suspense or wtv then thats a different story
I actually don't mind spoilers at all. Spoilers can act as a useful filter for me, allowing me to see where a story goes and decide if it aligns with my tastes before I commit
The worst is when you're looking up something completely unrelated—like a walkthrough for a mini-game—and someone casually drops a major ending spoiler in the comments. Like, come on, at least put a warning!!
I do lookup a little spoiler before playing because I want to see how the story goes generally and if it fits my taste. I don't mind it because the way that the scene plays out are never told in details (like how characters speak, the little jokes, the dynamics,...), and that's what matters most to me.
