Btw it's a bit confusing because the japanese wikipedia says that there are 26話, but the english says 13 episodes

Anyway it looks interesting and I'd like to see the anime before the manga

So... Any quality is ok, raw or softsubs r welcome. but no hardsubs please.

I dont know a lot about it but, preferentially wide resolution since I watch in the laptop. But in this case anything is welcome

It has twenty-six 12.5 minute episodes or thirteen 25minute ones. This accounts for the difference in episode numbers.
Resolution will always be 4:3 and at best 640x480 since that is how the anime was made - there (nearly always) are no different versions produced of a series.

Anyway, given the age I could only find hardsubs - are you okay with that?
