NTLEA doesn't work in Win8?

Hi guy, I 've installed VN Mashiro Iro Symphony and it needs NTLEA to run in non-Japanese Window. And it doesn't work with me. Is there someone having the same problem with me?
I used NTLEA ver 0.92 and win 8 pro 32bit.
