It's a bit hard to recommend because you have tons and tons of otome games. Also depends on what language you're okay with, what platform and if you take all age only or r18 as well.

A safe and good rec for newbies to me is Amnesia memories, I feel like every otome girly played it in their early stages lol

Personally, I recommend Bustafellows; it's available on PC and easier to install, and it deals with case-solving themes similar to Tears of Themis. If you're looking for something lighter and more comedic, I'd suggest Cupid Parasite. If you only have a mobile phone for gaming, *Mystic Messenger* is a good place to start.

Sankyuuu so muchh~!!I'll take note of it!! ❀‎ܓ(。◠ ꇴ ◠。 ) (btw~ I'm okay with r18 as long as it can be played on mobile) (≧∇≦)/

Then I'll need to check if my fav games are available on mobile lol, amnesia is on mobile for sure. For r18 I think it's less common on mobile except for itch.io apk, but it depends if you only play japanese otome or not

If you're fine with itch.io games you should check out this : https://itch.io/games/platform-android/tag-otome

Also I didn't know why I didn't mention it, but the most famous mobile otome at the moment is love and deepspace, It's a free gacha but it's a bit greedy.
There's also the ikemen series that's good (I like ikemen vampire the best)
voltage has a few otomes as well : https://voltageapps.com/apps/

Sorry I cannot recommend mobile games myself, since I discovered console games I've been out lol.
If you're phone is good enough you can emulate the psp and psvita which I call the otome console, bought one just for that. Most are Japanese language but you got a few English titles too!

Sticking to mobile will limit your choices. Let's see

You can check out indie games on itchio, but if we compare the indie quality (art, voice acting) to the games you listed (Themis and Lovebrush) there might be some discrepancy. Indie games have their own charm although they don't have the same budget.
Some games are paid-only too so the options depend on whether you're willing to pay. Or pirate the games (that's why we're here lol) if you can find the downloads.

Our Life is a good pick. But their DLCs are paid. It's a very good game to ease a newbie into romance and visual novels.

I would recommend Mystic Messenger too but recently they just hiked the price of every in-app purchases. If you start farming from now to unlock the game content, it'd be even more grueling than farming in gacha games. For f2p players, its schedule is strict and demanding.

There's a game called Golden Hour that has the same vertical messaging screen format, the downside is it's not complete (read: abandoned) but afaik some routes are done.
"Moonlight Dialogue" is another mobile messaging game - some people in the development team are ex Cheritz staff iirc.

...Wait. Many recs only apply if you have Android. iOS is...quite barren. Especially indie games where most developers don't support iOS, because nobody wants to go through the process of uploading a game to that store. The phone ecosystem you use would change recommendations a bit.

Judging from the games you've played, you seem fine with gacha so I'd also say give Love and Deepspace a go. It has a reputation in the community but I think your enjoyment matters here. If you like it after trying, keep playing. If not, uninstall.

You can try Hakuoki too. It's a paid game and expensive on mobile in my opinion, still it's a classic. Some love it for the emotional story, some say it's a drag and sleep-inducing 😂 Very story heavy for sure. There's a free version on mobile, give it a read if you're interested!

For R18, there's Valkyrie Heart which supports multi languages.
夢幻楼と眠れぬ蝶 is playable on mobile too but it's Japanese only. Pretty art... but that's all I know about it.
