Anyone got the XAudio2_7.dll is missing error on Japanese Win7? Thanks.

Edit: I tried running it on my Win7 English with Apploc, it has sound, but gives me black screen. So I either have no video or no sound. Has anyone got it to work with video and sound? If so, please share your setup (VM or actual PC), OS version and language. Thanks.

I also tried it with a USB sound card, passed through to the VM, it still didn't work. Still no sound. I guess I have to give up.
