This game has a very obscure verification that only allows it to execute if you're using a japanese OS.

You can make it work by using locale emulator

Just note that you have to run with a Application Profile with "False registry" and "False interface" enabled. The default have only registry and will not work.

TLDR.: Install localeEmulator,
rightclick->locale emulator->Edit global profile->
enable "false interface" and save

Right click .exe -> locale emulator ->Run in japanese

Sadly I could not find any AGTH code that works with it.... it only gets random kanjis here and there.
