Hook doesn't have the same address on all OS.
You need to "file > attach" the game exe in x32dbg then select tab "symbols" select module "gdi32.dll" search in the right search box for "GetTextExtentPoint32A" and use last 4 (7300"4F30") from the full adress.

Use TA to delete phrase repeat. Credit goes to Aoyu18 on Hongfire. The code already put down works for Windows 10's most current version as of 10/6/2017

How exactly do you input the h-code? I used that program and got this code: /HS4C@3C70:GDI32.dll
But nothing happens when I use it. This is in the case of the ITHVNR version. On the ITH v2.3, it says at least Userhook added, but I cant see it.

This is in a win8.1 64x. The code that appears there, hooks the text partially or not at all.

That hcode doesn't seem to work under W7, so the only alternative is using some black magic: Cheat Engine+HAT+TA (it works, but some times there's left over text, so a workaround is replacing "----" with something else)
