Found info, that this error apparently occurs when both discs are mounted.

It Kept stalling on DISC 2 installation, so what I did was I mounted both DISC's 1 and 2, made a new folder, and copied the contents into that folder, it asked me to overwrite 2 files so I clicked yes.

Ran the MSI installer, and it installed flawlessly in like 3mins. Then ran the 64bit exe to test and it worked! You guys can try that to see if that works for you! Cheers!

For me if I mounted both it would give me that error, and if i mounted just the second one but on a different drive to the first it would hang. Had to mount the second disk in the same drive as the first was installing from.
