u cant see the letters because uploader messed up...
i got the same problem with locale on japanese/locale emulator and original language (with and without administrator)
there are only 2 options why its like this..
1.its not japanese
2.uploader messed up by installing this game without japanese locale and put that in a rar/zip to upload.
anyway thx for upload but it would be cool if u (the Uploader) can look into this...its quite strange it has to be a problem from ur side, since every other game on this platform works fine

it was my own fault...for everyone experiencing the problem with strange letters, either applocal and locale emulator wont help u! u have to use japanese locale in windows and make sure after pc restart that windows rly changed to japanese..
thats what my problem was i checked again with japanese locale and it worked now, seems like windows didnt changed it as i wanted it to do the last time
