Yep, that was it. I originally tried both 7zip and winrar, but my version of winrar is pretty old. I downloaded a new version and it was able to open the archive just fine. Thanks.

EDIT: Now I'm wondering what to do with this crack. It doesn't seem to do anything when I run it (tsuiyuri_crack.exe). I'm also not sure whether to replace the tsuiyuri.exe that comes with the game with the tsuiyuri.exe in the crack-- but it doesn't seem to make a difference either way.
