For some reason, the screen is locked on a way that cuts out half of the game, like 1280/1600 or something. Can't change resolution, and can't put on fullscreen.

Hmmm... I just downloaded the game from the Mexashare links and it still has the same problem of not downscaling on smaller resolutions. The txt says 2016/07/12 ver 1.00, not version from 2017.02.08 .
