Need some help sharing a game.

So I have a game I'd like to share, since I know that the version floating online is broken and nobody will be able to play it, therefore I purchased it and downloaded on my own, however it is password protected (available only for my account) and I don't know if it's worth uploading it since it's encrypted.

Anybody can tell me what can I do?
