Need help with Slow Damage game files legitimacy

Slow Damage is only available on JAST Store, but the payment options there aren't available in my country, so I've sadly had to resort to other options to play it.

I've been searching the internet for the game files, but the ones on forums are generally fan translations.
I've only been able to find the official translation on a handful of websites, including the Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/slow-damage_202603

While I'm generally good with tech, I'm still not used to pirating games safely; so I really need some help figuring out whether it's safe to download or not. Any guidance or help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

If i understand right, you're just looking for a safe slow damage download, right?

If you're alright with torrenting, it's on Rutracker (org or net are both okay, don't worry) safely. I'll go ahead and check the files on archive.org now.

Looking at it now, it seems like the account has a genuine interest in uploading BL games for the community.

Comparing my archive download to my own download of slow damage, they seem to be rather similar, and the Setup.Exe file contained within has been seen on virustotal before without being flagged.

However, I'm not used to the way RAR files are packaged, so I could be wrong.
