This looks like your system locale isn't set to Japanese. You can do it on the fly with programs like Locale Emulator, or you can change it in the Control Panel by going to Clock, Language, Region, then Change Location, then the Administrative tab, then the Change System Locale button and selecting Japanese (requires a restart).
