Need help opening a VN Game

So I'm new to the eroge world and just recently downloaded a game

I have no idea how to 'patch' siglus engine or all the NoDVD stuff.
There was a crack given on the thread and nothing really happens when I use it (Prob using it wrong)
when i try opening the game i always get this error

I tried looking for a guide but couldnt find one

After that you the files from the rar file extracted have, you install (but therefore muts you your PC/laptop to Japanese local set!) the game to C.: disc, not to D.:disc. After that extract the patch/NoDvD-file put to the folder file, where you the game installed have (C.: Disc), and activate the patch/crack. Done.
