Need Help- Madosoft game

Hi,
First time here, so I don't know where this thread belongs, but I have a problem when i try to launch Yakimochi Stream by Madosoft.
When I launch the game i get the error:

I have installed this game using applocale and have Japanese language installed. If someone could help me, that would great.
