I can't access fileserve due my friggin country block it. Any download links that can provide me with this visual novel?

Humm...you could try changing your IP so that it doesn't seem like you're accessing it from your country...
Heres a simple method to do it.
Download Ultra Surf from here:
http://www.ultrareach.com/
And run it,it'll open IE...
Paste the fileserve link you have in IE and press enter...It should open after that.
This application works only with Internet Explorer so use only that.
And if it still doesn't work,copy the file serve link and paste it here

A window will open up and you have to keep it open for about 30 seconds.After the timer on the main page stops,you will be taken to another page where the link will be loaded onto another server.
You are then given a download link from which you can download and yes it will support resume but the file will automatically be deleted from the server in 12 hours I think so gotta Dl it fast ^^
