The new weekly show PRODUCE48 is a collaboration between AKB48G and Korean show 'Produce 101'. It is a survival reality TV show where both Korean trainees and AKB48G members compete to become members of a new Japanese/Korean girl group. While the Korean trainees do not come from top agencies, AKB48G sent a lot of popular members (Miyawaki Sakura, Matsui Jurina, Yabuki Nako, Tanaka Miku, Takahashi Juri, Shiroma Miru...).
