'Kono Uta ga Kikitai - Best Ten' is a one-off music/variety show hosted by Higashino Koji (also MC of Yoshimotozaka46 ga Ureru Made no Zen Kiroku) and Kato Koji. It is about rankings of popular songs as decided by asking people on the street with some songs then performed in the studio.

This cut is the Nogizaka46 part. It includes a longish talk segment about various rankings where Nogizaka46 dominates and a performance of 'Synchronicity' (which placed 6th among songs that people listened to the most). You might also notice Kamaitachi (MCs of NMB to Manabukun) and Saito Tsukasa (one of Yoshimotozaka46 centers).
