Nicola's good ending in 1926!! That entire route and ending felt like an actual canon yk, like if the game had to be adapted into like a movie or anime, that route would be very very satisfying!
Also, while bittersweet, I'd say Hajime's good ending in Hakuoki too. I loved the slow burn and the ending felt like. Omg yes finally!

I really liked the happy ending of 《Steam Prison》 
Every character had a good ending (not a romantic one with the female lead). They resolved misunderstandings, worked together to face problems, shook hands, made peace, and worked together to improve the situation and plan for the future.
Originally, the people of heaven and earth disliked each other, each developing their own unique culture, let alone cooperating. The female lead acted as a bridge, helping both sides to improve.
