Personally for all conversions and re-encodes i use Handbreak locally on my PC. Not a website I know but it saves having to upload and then download again.

Finally figured how the code works, but only one of the vids has GuP stuff but the other KC stuff along with it is a nice addition, hope I can find the other GuP stuff with sex scenes in them like I saw someone uploaded somewhere
