MMD discussion and sharing

So yes, it does appear on AMD. I use MPV on Linux, and how I get around it is simple, though annoying. Usually I use vulkan-copy for hardware decoding for every video. However, his videos do not like that. Instead, how to get around it, I simply press c to change profiles from svp to soft. It changes hwdec from vulkan-copy to vdpau, and the problem is solved.

Thanks for suggestion, didn't pay much attention to MPV, maybe the time has come. I tried to fix this in VLC, but best it can do is disabling hardware-accelerated decoding. This removes "big nasty green" artifacts, but instead initial smaller artifacts become visible.
And unfortunately, this solution is only for "masking" when viewed, editing is still a no go.
Maybe I'll try to hit him on twitter with this, we'll see what he has to say for himself😅

Probably changed some export setting, to achieve better compression. Interesting that software decoding has issues too while nvdec manages. I can transcode it without artifacts, if there's need. (After all there's nothing wrong with nvdec stream)

These past few days, the messages I've been getting kinda changed my mind, so I decided to share this video. But honestly, I still don't really get why people are so into it — maybe I just don't quite see the appeal.

Oh, and since we don't want to draw too much attention, I'm not gonna give away the author's name — but if you're smart, you probably know where to find it. Like, maybe in my last post?

Alright folks here is an archive of all RMDB works I could save/salvage from MMDFans, Iwara, and Patreon which should be most of them:

I am missing the Windcatcher R18 Gumroad exclusive so if anyone has that, I'd be grateful

To this day, I still don't know what happened to cause his abrupt departure, but I hope he's doing well wherever he is in life
