Some artists may have retired and deleted their entire MMD online presence such as mm3077, your best bet would to be to just ask about the artist in places like here/4chan/iwara forums.

Does anyone have any idea how to play these videos? It's private, no matter what browser is switched.

Or perhaps anyone has an archive folder from Jillian's patreons, if possible. (not fansly)

Anyway, I believe its a countermeasure against piracy.
Like you need to be the correct person (have an account/or be linked) to play/download this...
(cuz link itself directs you to the site where video is located, instead of video itself)

So only through leaks from other snackers you can get such stuff, you sneaky-snacker.
