Can someone please re-upload the following anime :-

(Japanese audio with eenglish subtitles)
The torrent exists on the web but for some reason bit-torrent does not work on my ISP.
I have very fast connection with direct download.
So preferably upload it onto userdrive.
The administrator for that thread seems to have quit re-uploads.
