[MENTION=41978]Plutonium[/MENTION]; First thing first.... Did you change your system, format & locale to Japanese???? You should do that first from the image I see the box suppose to have japanese character not gibberish letter.... Follow Ignis post up above to change them if you don't know how to then try to install it again from those change.....

Wow thanks, I didn't notice that post when I originally read this thread. It installed properly this time, but I have another question now.

Can you only play the game when the system format/region/language thing is set to Japan? I'm not sure what the differences are when you change it to another place that isn't what you have originally installed.

[MENTION=41978]Plutonium[/MENTION]; All game from Japan can only be played when you change format/region/language.... I tried it when I didn't change anything and the game won't start... Sometimes installation error occur when you don't change the setting.... So I'll just leave it like that unless I'm wrong and somebody else fill in on it....

Oh, I didn't know that. I also just installed another VN with my current local/region/format thingy and it worked fine.

I guess I just want to know what the difference is between having Japanese as the region now for everyday use on the computer.
