I've been searching for a series I stumbled over a few years ago, that I completely forgot the name of. I'm hoping someone here knows the name of it so I can acquire it once more. (I've been Google'ing it for a while now but I can't find the series no matter how hard I try.)
The series had only a few episodes (2-4 I think), was released under the Milky animation label (I'm pretty sure).
The show is about a guy that heads home to his birth-city or something, only to find what used to be a colorful and lively entertainment city completely changed because some "evil mayor" has captured the soul of the city and banned music (or something like that). He ends up at a cafe run by some orphan sisters.
The series is probably from around mid-2000s.
