He owns a shop or is it a market or a blacksmith (?) idk

A black haired girl visit his shop and asks for reparation or something.

He sets out on an adventure with this party.

It has gameplay. Further progression he meets other women and they join his party.

Help... : /

One more thing, he has a friend who seem to be someone of high status, that help him (graduate?)

That's the most of it I think!

You can also sell things, make items, recipes and so on. Like an RPG
