i run it even with the crack, it says 2dgames and then nothing happens. game wont pop up

I think you should turn off antivirus programs. I tested it on 2 computers with win10 and it runs fine.
I turned off any antivirus and windows defender, ran sewohayami and it just runs in the background and not popping up

I think you have not set region formats Japanese and Japan. Control Panel -> Clock and Region -> Region. You can wait 5-10 minutes for it to run.
If the problem is not the above, I really don't know your problem. You can try installing these programs.

Yes. "it the English version if file name has English". The English version is very difficult to find "save" for it. ^^
