Afaik, you have to achieve a certain amounts of upvotes and thereforr you have to upload something yourself on there. Then you will be able to unlock the lo content on that account.
You accumulate points per upvotes, fav and voting for your uploads, which you can use to unlock "privileges", but I don't remember, if the lo content was on there for unlocking (which would explain the points/upload needed).

I just remember getting some points and I was able to unlock another search tag on my free account (so I can use one extra R18+ tag to specify searches).

Either way:
Make an account
Upload some spicy videos/pictures of any content (preferably stuff, that isn't uploaded so far or from artist that aren't even on there; this speeds the upvotes up)
Just wait and after 1-2 days use your points (I believe only the .app variant of the site allows the usage of the points iirc)
