kirikiri engine error?

Problem FIXED!

Hey guys does anyone know how to fix this error? I used to run this game before so don't know what changed. The same error also happens with all the other yuzusoft's games (they also used to run without error)....I don't know why it happens but it must be related to kirikiri engine. If anybody can help I'd be so thankful T.T

Seems obvious since it mentions Ansi and Unicode in the error. You have to run such games with the Locale Emulator and Japan setting.

It used to work without changing the locale settings so I'm confused, but I will try installing locale emulator and changing the settings.

Changing the local settings didn't work.

ps. I'm downloading noble works to test the locale emulator, if that doesn't work too then I don't know what else to do.
