It operates just like any other keep a word, kill a word game. Someone starts with a two word phrase, the person uses one of those words and a new word to create a new two word phrase, and this continues until people stop posting.
Only now - there's a twist! Instead of English, use only romaji! This way anyone who watches enough anime, hentai, plays galge, etc. can play without that pesky kanji causing a problem.
I of course, shall start.
