What's the difference between PPD3 and PPD4? I'm not really interested in the profit, I'm trying to figure out what the "direct download, no delay, unlimited speed 1% of sales" vs "1% of sales Unlimited download speed, captcha, and countdown included" means. Is that some referral thing, and you get a profit of 1% of that? Or do people who download your files/links get unlimited speed?

Any other file hosts that are recommended for uploading? I'm using the ones most of the uploaders use, though I'm pretty sure it's for profit.
