Is www,jsdelivr,top safe?

Hello everyone, I'm very sorry to bother you.
I have Malwarebytes on my Desktop and it says www,jsdelivr,top is unsafe and it blocks it. Thus on my Desktop there are many things I cannot do like accessing most of the forum, I can't see pfp, cannot even write a post.
On my laptop without malwarebytes I have no issue accessing it.
But I just wanted to make sure because on Virustotal this domaine had 8 antivirus flagging it as unsafe including 6 saying it's phishing.
I am very sorry if it's not an intelligent question and if it is an obvious fake positive. I have almost no knowledge on how to check if a url is unsafe by just checking what it does.

It's safe, it's our domain serving the necessary webapp component script. Some AV just apply a blanket block of certain tld like .top. Bad practice, almost malice. To them, all .top tld are phishing site.

There are a couple more of the domains that serve necessary components, resources, best not to block them here or you are going to have a lot of blockers and non functional site app.
