Is this the original US VHS release of La Blue Girl?

I found an entry on Lost Media wiki entry on La Blue Girl, a classic hentai. Apparently there is a fully uncensored (no missing scenes, no mosaic) version of the anime out there, specifically the original USA VHS release, but it is lost media.

However, the comments on the wiki page make it unclear if it is was lost and has since been found, they kept referencing now defunct links to ebay.

Another thread I discovered featured a guest/deleted user (i.e. they can't be contacted) claiming they had indeed found the tapes.

When i looked on ebay I did find a 6 tape set of La Blue Girl, but I wanted to ask if this specific set would be the truly uncensored version or not:

I've found the Japanese Subbed version on Ebay, acquired it and encoded it. I'm currently uploading them to Mega now. The missing Nin-Nin scenes are there. Please everyone download and spread as far and wide as you can. I'll create a new post with screenshots and links.
