Introduce me to new online games please!

Just started my overseas vacation and am officially IP blocked from Elsword NA till my return (Q_Q), so I lost my main form of gaming entertainment... My previous games I've played (GrandChaseNA, CosmicBreak, SwordGirls) don't seem to interest me anymore for various reasons(englishVoiceacting/overplay) , So I currently I am searching for new games to play!

Give me some suggestions please? I like about any game that Has story, Is Not a shooter, Is not a western originated/made game, Has anime design style~

(P.S. -please suggest only games on PSP and PC based, cause I don't have any other platforms Dx)
