Suggestion Indicator for Message

The new UI merge the notification and message button
im ok with the notification
but for message, i don't know if someone message me unless i click on my profile
would it be possible to add an indicator on the profil ui when someone is messageing the profile?

like this red dot for example

I vote for same, I hate it being in one place. ;-!
