Can some one encode a 480p version please.

As far as I know there's just the 480p (uncensored) DTV rip and the 720p BD rip I posted. No one did a 480p BD rip - these are very rare anyway, and Ikkitousen wasn't that popular to begin with.

I know exactly what you mean having tried on many other forums and having no luck so far. But i've still not given up that some one may yet do a 480p version. Well I guess it's the old saying "you don't ask you don't get" so i've still got my fingers crossed.
