Ikemen Series Fans, assemble!

Simply wanted to talk with fellow Ikemen Series Fans. Let's yap, bitch about things and all that! Only rule is to be mindful of spoilers (precise route and whether it's main story or sequel or anything if possible if you want to talk about specfics).

Today I want to yap about Destined to Love Ikemen Samurai also known as Ikemen Bakumatsu. I still can't believe they closed the game in both languages, I'm GRIEVING. Currently coping with Ikemen Sengoku but the day they remove it too I'll go crazy lol. The problem with Ikesen is opposite, it's too damn long and unfinishable, even if you pay you can't read everything if you started late. Let's be honest for ONE second, 22 LIs, some with a sequel. Main game has 3 ends so you have to play three times, sequel has 2 or 3 ends too, and each playthrough takes up a month if you play for free, or costs like 60 bucks for ONE playthrough (and you have to technically finish 6 playthrough to finish a route entirely, not counting trying out all choices). And the prices omg the PRICES, UGH. Who thought that was a normal price for ONE playthrough?? I really wish they at least made it possible for non billionaires to finish the game entirely no matter when we started playing.

Anyway, currently playing Mitsuhide's route and damn, what a man. I need a fully voiced route ASAP PLEASE I'M BEGGING

OMG YES YOU LOVE YUKI TOO??!! My pookieeee!!! Tbf you might like Liam or Ellis I think sis, from ikevil. It's a pretty good game, they surprisingly did well the 'dark' side.

ive only played ikevil so not sure if i can be considered a fan of the series but ikevil on it's own is lifechanging lol genuinely so good and surprisingly really dark ?! i got into it when the en version released and i was hooked on ellis immediately ; ive only played six routes but he's still my favourite <3 alongside harry and elbie <3 and i do plan on playing roger's route soon since ive heard good things about it ^^ + i really enjoy how lovable all of the cast is !!! they have super fun dynamics with each other and all of them are messed up in such delicious ways hehe
im also excited for the new guys that got announced recently in jpn ! euren's design is sooo my type i'm looking forward to seeing how all three of them will develop in the story !!

another ike series i want to get into is ikemen prince since i find yves to be sooo pretty i do want to start it just for him >//< when i get the time for it i'll definitely try it out ^^

Mitsuhide mentioned. That man is finnneeeeee. I was a forever Ike Revolutions player so I was grieving for months when they discontinued the app. Especially when the Li's route I was waiting for just didn't happen (I'm looking at you Blanc ;( )

me too ! i thought he'd be the sly type but his genkiness got to me !! the hearts in his dialogue and his interaction with jude was so funny ^^

I totally agree with the part about IkeSen being too long XD I've been playing since 2015 and still haven't finished all the routes! In the process, I even lost an account and had to replay the routes I had already done. My favorite till this day is Yuki, the ending of his route was so cute (not to mention that I love Tsunderes and him and the protagonist bickering is very funny, even in other routes like Sasuke's XD). When I played Mitsuhide's route I was very skeptical because he have this vibe of a treacherous viper and I was exactly right lol but in the end I ended up liking him, his route is my second favorite after Yuki's. Currently I'm doing Nobunaga's route. I think it's the third time I've started his route but I always end up stopping halfway through lol this year he won't escape me, I plan to finally finish his route. I also played Ikemen Villains, I only did William's route. While I really enjoyed how it ended, I won't lie, I thought the game would be much more intense. It gave me the impression that the guys are more like anti-heroes than villains, at least that was the impression I got after finishing William's route. He's a sweetheart, not the scary villain I thought he would be. But the game is great, I just didn't play the other routes because I had to delete the game to continue playing IkeVamp!

I really recommand ikepri!! It's got a nice balance in terms of bad guys/good guys, they're al interesting and mc has a strong personality imo especilly in some routes! and of course you're a fan, being a fan has nothing to do with the number of game played, money poured or time invested!

YUKI ENJOYERRRRR my poor boy is always so low in the polls sobsob It's interesting you don't like nobu, he's one of my faves! And honestly William is pretty tame imo, but yeah the game doesn't go DARK DARK, it's usually pretty tame when compared to commercial games like eiT, virche or rejet games, let's be honest. What ikevil needs are some dead ends, PLEASEEE. They are villains, let MC die once in a while!

No, far from it, I really like Nobunaga, especially how determined and firm he is in his convictions. I just don't know what happens, but I always end up stopping halfway through his route, haha. I think it's the trauma from when I lost my first account; I was doing his route and I was halfway through XD And I totally agree with dead endings. When I played for the first time, I was expecting that instead of a dramatic ending, there would be some kind of bad ending
