IE9 won't install ActiveX stuff

Well, the title pretty much says everything. I'm running W7 x64.

Tried reinstalling the browser and messing with privacy settings. No controls will work. Some won't install here but install fine on my other comp. It isn't my antivirus, either.

Any clues?

And adding the fact that other user profiles in the same computer install controls. It's a current user issue. I have admin privileges.

Do not use the 64bit version of Internet Explorer9.
You can just use the 32bit version.
The menu of Windows, Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer so I called (64bit), please try using a method not 64bit.

♪Koni-Chiwa-wa♪ Well if you are trying to install activex korean how I needed to, to get a game working It took ages>.< I ended up with 3 friends helping me and installing things crazy? well then it all cameup it works when you use chrome...one buetiful day my antivirus wanted to do an update and it installed chrome with the update hooray? ahh well thats what I think..I hope you mean ActiveX By the graphic thingy>.< Or whatever
