I need help to get bonus stage

i can't get the twin lolis. i got some save file from some guy. but there is no save folder. how do i get that icon?

if you haven't figured it out yet... I don't know how to get the scene during game play but I figured out how to unlock it in the Extra menu. open the save.ini file...Make a copy just in case... in the game folder you should find a list of things with an "=" and numerical value just find 魔女ダブル=0 and change the 0 to a 1. that should unlock that scene
