I know Peach Princess released a Yuri puzzle game called Yukkuri Panic: Escalation. I think the teacher student one you are talking about is called Amorous Professor Cherry. I would also look into Sensei 2 and Virgin Roster for the teacher/student relationship. All of these can be bought by American companies.
