How To Extract Japanese Words From Images???

So I have this raw light novel that is in png so I was wondering if there was a good software
to extract the Japanese characters from from the images. :(
Any ideas?

the text is on the image? Not that i'm aware sorry. http://jisho.org/#radical can be used if there's ever a kanji you don't know and cant copy and paste but it takes a long time to select all the parts of it so it wouldn't be worth it for anything longer than a short phrase.

There are some phone apps that you can take pictures of kanji and it will find what one it is too but i've never gotten it to even work myself.
