Hello, moderators!
I'd like to open a discussion about how we share otome audio in this community, and I hope it's okay to bring it up here. I'm sorry if this isn't the appropriate place for this topic.
I currently share several works that I've purchased with my own money. Since becoming an uploader myself, I've started to feel a little conflicted about what seems like an imbalance in how people participate in sharing.
As far as I understand, shared links are hidden behind Hidegroup tags and become visible when someone reacts to the post.
People who also share works, like I do, often leave thank-you comments in the thread. However, only about a third of the people who react to my posts seem to leave a comment. From my own experience, I get the impression that people who have never shared any works themselves are less likely to leave one.
I don't want to make thank-you comments mandatory, but I can't help feeling a little sad when I see people reacting to posts simply to gain access to the download links, without saying anything in return.
Personally, I'd like to prioritize sharing with people who contribute to the community by sharing works themselves, as well as those who take the time to leave kind and thoughtful comments. I feel that sharing is more meaningful when there's a sense of mutual appreciation.
Am I being too sensitive about this? I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts and opinions on the matter.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. ♡
