The guy from Kuroi-Subs can't write proper English, which is a death sentence for a comedy/parody show. Stay with HorribleSubs - they may not be as wap, but it reads so much nicer.
Video-wise Kuroi has less banding, but some detail destruction. Also, his encode is noticabely brighter and in some scenes overcropped. The differences between the two (720ps) are not significant.
