I drew Wrenton Thurston from Eureka 7 as a birthday gift for a friend, but I don't think I have a picture of it on my facebook. I'll add it if I find it.

I can see the classic 'pointy nose' on some of the drawings xD

I wouldn't recommend coloring in the drawings because personally, a colored drawing looks ruined if drawn by hand, especially anime characters.

And here is what I have worked on today. Just some sketches, nothing professional.

Very nice! Professional or not, it's still looking a lot better than some of the stuff I've put out on the internet. Keep it up!

I sort of agree with Deca... just leave them black and white... afterwards, you can scan them to color with the computer.

If you don't use the computer, it is better to scan them for later preferences and just color them with whatever you have.

Overall, you are pretty good. I can tell you worked hard on them. Nice detail and your choice of colors are quite lovely.


Deca... you did a great job too. I liked how you showed the process of your drawing a bit... the scaling and the clothing.
