Info: The whole plot currently contains 1500 pages. We have already come up with the story of the world and its development but there is still much work on graphics and translation.
In our game, there will be several cities, large forests, islands, mountains, steps, farmlands and villages. All of them will be filled with the content and spectacular stories that will make up an exciting adventure.
Imagine…What would happen to people if everything that they were used to disappeared at once.
The story of the game starts almost one thousand years after horrible events that once caused a complete destruction of people’s magic in the world called Neutras. Humanity has accustomed to life without magic… But the magic hasn’t gone once and for all.
The game takes place in an entirely new, but already thoroughly thought-world, where things aren’t as simple as they seem at first glance.
The Threads of Destiny are drawn from the past to the future and weave all around in an intricate pattern, picking up the characters and bringing them into the cruel world of the struggle for their lives and future. Adventure, battles, economic development of personal possessions, new friends and a lot of different juicy situations await for the main characters!
Although, the game was created on the core RPG Maker MV, all the graphics in it was drawn from the scratch and most importantly, in an isometric view.

Quests and plot:
Two new story quests are ready. They start together with the “Family business” quest, while searching for Celine. But, you can also start them at any other time if you use the saves from previous versions of the game.
The first quest will tell you a little about the events related to Isabella, the daughter of Lord Faavel.
And the second quest will show you the problems in Artaun related to thieves.
In addition, we added a branch of one of the new quests. It is not directly related to new quests, but can be opened during the passage of one of them.
The quest about the first visit to Venwood and the first visit to Port of Artaun has been finalized. The quest will begin differently now depending on the time of day.
You can rent a room now in some taverns for a night.
Two more new quests have been written for the next updates. After proofreading and editing, we will send them to be translated.
Scenes and Arts:
The economic system has been refined. Elli and Umi will sometimes visit you while you work. Basically, it will happen if the hero spends time working. There are barely any dialogues now, but this place is the basis for further events. The economic system will expand further in future versions.
The art with Louise from the brothel has been improved. There are some new variations depending on the time of day;
The scene where Sardo gives Umi the pendant in the Family Relic quest has been expanded;
An animated scene has been added. You can see it during the passage of one of the new quests.
The bug in the animation of Taleona’s clothes variations has been fixed.
As for Vanessa, we have got some difficulties working on her. The scene turned out to be diverse and it has a large number of different variations of events, therefore, its animation took much more time than we expected. As a result, it is ready for 70 percent now, that is why we can’t show you the whole animation in the game so far. You can look at most of the work we have done on this scene in the Gallery. The scene will have been finished by the next version.
Location:
A new location has been added to the City Hall of Artaun - Hall.
There is a new animation of water in Venwood.
And also, Venwood and the tavern have become more realistic now than in the previous version. A change of the time of day has been established and the tavern has got a working time.
Port of Artaun has got animation of water and boats.
The time system in Artaun has been updated: most of the city dwellers were placed, as well as the shift of day and night. A new mechanics related to the thieves quest on Central Avenue has been added.
We also decided to add the ability to see characters behind high objects: roofs of houses, walls, tree crowns in all street locations. At the moment, it is ready in test mode on the Central Avenue of Artaun, and in the next version we want to finalize it for other 26 street locations. This change will hardly affect the interior locations.
New characters and busts:
20 new sprite characters have been added, and the errors in the animation at the blacksmith have been fixed;
There is a new bust of the character with a set of emotions that you will meet during the passage of new quests.
6 new mini busts:
- Emilia is a maid in the Allion Hotel;
- Jude Vinrek - captain of the guard of the southern gates of Artaun;
- Verliann - is a wizard form the slave market in the prologue.
- Eileen - a waitress who sold you a bucket of water or a hangover medicine for a guard in the prologue.
- And also, 2 more new characters for branching the plot of one of the two new quests.
New clothing options for existing characters.
Technical aspect:
We are still working on the system of life on the estate.
The clothing changes for almost all residents of the estate and for the main characters have been improved. I hope that there won’t be any problems like when Elli or Umi appeared to be naked when they were supposed to have clothes on.
Nansy and Taleona can be found sleeping at night in their beds now.
The transition between quests at the beginning of Chapter 1 has also been finalized to prevent a misunderstanding of what to do next.
The bug with progress bars has been fixed. Previously, the progress bar functional worked incorrectly, which caused an error with the non-disappearing progress bar, with Elli’s face depicted on it.
The game interface has been slightly updated. The background of the ESC menu has been simplified and improved.
The bug that prevented the game from taking into account the time that the player spends travelling between large game zones has been fixed. Now, the time spent on travelling is taken into account in the fatigue formula.
The work on indicating transitions and highlighting characters is ongoing, and apparently it will take some more time, because we need to put everything in its place before adding this function. For now, you can test the display of objects on the location while doing new quests. This is an insignificant piece of functionality that we are working on. But it’s better than nothing.
