207 male names, 250 female names, 426 surnames were added to the American dictionary of names; 181 male names, 502 male surnames, 165 female names, 478 female surnames to the Slavic dictionary of names; 494 male names, 337 female names, 553 surnames to the Japanese dictionary of names for randomized NPCs.
A new feature has been added to the randomized NPC generator. Now, by issuing the first/last name of the NPC, the generator checks its uniqueness. In other words, there will no longer be randomized NPCs with the same first/last names.
A new effect has been added to the combat system related to your character's luck score.
One new perk was added to the perk selection menu at the very beginning of the game.
The "Cunning" attribute has been redesigned. Now its value depends on the indicator of intelligence and eloquence.
The "Authority" attribute has been redesigned. Now for each aggressive interaction and fights, depending on their outcome, you get authority. The level of fear of a randomized NPCs towards you depends on it. The more authority you have, the more susceptible the NPCs will be to your aggressive interactions.
Now, the more attribute luck you have, the more money you make at the grocery store, through theft and racketeering.
